Silver Sneakers
Your Silver Sneakers membership is covered by several different Medicare supplement plans. It includes use of the equipment, walking track, and weights. It also includes the special Silver Sneakers class: Classic.
Take Charge Fitness offers a group equipment orientation for Silver Sneakers members the first Monday of EVERY month. You can attend as often as you like.
Take Charge Fitness has set up special pricing for one on one orientation (above and beyond the standard orientation). As a Silver Sneakers member, your cost is only $20. Schedule an appointment at the fitness desk!
Classes other than Classic are not covered by your Silver Sneakers membership, however, you can pay a $12 monthly upgrade charge to participate in the additional land classes. Payment can be made at the fitness desk upon check-in.
The pool is not covered by your Silver Sneakers membership, however you can pay a $12 monthly upgrade charge to utilize the pool and take pool classes if you wish. Payment can be made at the fitness desk upon check-in.
