Balance, Strength, & Posture

This class, as the title indicates, works on balance, strength and posture. By using rhythmic movements to music, hand held weights, and various exercises done while standing or sitting we are able to improve strength and balance while having fun. People with arthritis, osteoporosis or de-conditioned individuals will benefit from this class.

Intensity – Beginner to Moderate
Time – 45 minutes

Silver Sneakers

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Intensity – Beginner
Time – 45 minutes

Early AM Exercise

This 30-minute class is a high-energy workout that will make you tired. The class could be anything from traditional aerobics to kickboxing to step to boot camp. You name it and you could possibly get it in this class!

Intensity – Moderate
Time – 30 minutes

Total Body Transformation (TBT)

This 45 minute class combines cardio, resistance, and core in a fun packed interval type training format.

Intensity – Moderate to High

A fun energetic class using dance moves to get the heart rate up and going! Get ready to sweat in this class

Intensity – Moderate to High
Time – 50 minutes
