Balance, Strength, & Posture
This class, as the title indicates, works on balance, strength and posture. By using rhythmic movements to music, hand held weights, and various exercises done while standing or sitting we are able to improve strength and balance while having fun. People with arthritis, osteoporosis or de-conditioned individuals will benefit from this class.
Intensity – Beginner to Moderate
Time – 50 minutes
Silver Sneakers
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Intensity – Beginner
Time – 45 minutes
PM Exercise
This 45-minute class is a high-energy workout that will make you tired. The class could be anything from traditional aerobics to weight lifting to step to boot camp. You name it and you could possibly get it in this class!
Intensity – Moderate to High
Time – 45 minutes
Line Dance
This class will teach basic line dance and provide an excellent cardio workout. It is a great way to exercise entire body while improving balance and coordination.
Intensity – Moderate to High
Time – 50 minutes
Zumba
A fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout system for anyone that wants to have fun!
Intensity – Moderate to High
Time – 45 minutes
