Balance, Strength, & Posture

This class, as the title indicates, works on balance, strength and posture. By using rhythmic movements to music, hand held weights, and various exercises done while standing or sitting we are able to improve strength and balance while having fun. People with arthritis, osteoporosis or de-conditioned individuals will benefit from this class.

Intensity – Beginner to Moderate
Time – 45 minutes

Silver Sneakers

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Intensity – Beginner
Time – 45 minutes

Early AM Exercise

This 45-minute class is a high-energy workout that will make you tired. The class could be anything from traditional aerobics to kickboxing to step to boot camp. You name it and you could possibly get it in this class!

Intensity – Moderate
Time – 45 minutes

Power Toning

30 minutes of resistance exercise. Utilizing hand weights, resistance tubing and body weight!!

Intensity – Low to Moderate

Step

30 minutes of cardiovascular utilizing a bench with risers!!

Intensity – Moderate to High

Total Body Transformation (TBT)

This 45 minute class combines cardio, resistance, and core in a fun packed interval type training format.

Intensity – Moderate to High

Upper Body

30 minutes of resistance exercises for the upper body only. Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps using hand weights and/or body weight.

Intensity – Moderate

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout system. A workout that is fun and easy to do!!

Intensity – Moderate to High
Time – 55 minutes
