Your Silver & Fit membership is covered by several different Medicare supplement plans. It includes use of the equipment, walking track and weights.
Take Charge Fitness Program offers a group equipment orientation for Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit members the first Monday of EVERY month. You can attend as often as you like.
Take Charge Fitness has set up special pricing for one on one orientation (above and beyond the standard orientation). As a Sliver & Fit member, your cost is only $20. Schedule an appointment at the fitness desk.
The pool or land based classes are not included in your Silver & Fit membership, however, you can upgrade your membership: $12/month can upgrade to pool. $12/month can upgrade to land based classes. $22/month upgrade both pool and land based classes.
